Word must have got out about the storm we’re cooking up in the kitchen because Dom’s been in the press not once, but three times this month!

We’re particularly chuffed that Dom made the shortlist for the prestigious ‘Chef of the Year’ award, organised by The Staff Canteen (one of the most popular chef social media platforms) – thanks to everyone who voted and fingers crossed…

Meanwhile, Dom also shared his sage advice on how to run a successful restaurant and his best kitchen hack with The Caterer – looking for a time-saver? Read on…

He even got a proper seven-page spread in this month’s Chef & Restaurant magazine, talking about how he ended up in the kitchen having grown up in a family of hoteliers, the career experiences that shaped him, and his plans to make Restaurant Dominic Chapman the place to go in Henley.
