If you’re a Burgundy fan, we’ve got a real treat in store for you. On Thursday 21 November we’ll be putting on a gorgeous dinner in partnership with Maison Louis Latour with five courses paired with a selection of their exceptional wines.
For just £125 per person, we’ll of course have French favourites like boeuf bourguignon, paired with Beaune Les Vignes Franches Premier Cru 2017, and a cracking crème brûlée alongside a Muscat de Beaumes-de-Venise 2022.

Christmas & New Year menus
And if you haven’t already booked your Christmas do, get in quick, we’re already filling up fast. We’ve now got our Christmas menus online for parties and events – you and your family, friends or colleagues could be treated to a chestnut and mushroom pie, herb crusted Cornish cod, slow-cooked pork belly or of course a juicy turkey.
You can also check out our Christmas and New Year menus here. For Christmas Day, choose from Wiltshire turkey with chipolatas or a Hereford beef Wellington, and a classic Christmas pud or dark chocolate delice with honeycomb. We’ll then be seeing in New Year’s Eve with a bang, starting with relaxed canapés and bubbles in the Palm Court lounge followed by a fabulous three courses.
The best cheese boards around
To ensure all our events in the run-up to the festive season are going to have the best cheese boards around, we’ve recently started working with Cheeseology, a specialist wholesaler that supplies outstanding artisan cheeses to hospitality businesses in the East of England.
These guys are something special. Their ‘cheese wagon’ comes right to the door of our kitchen full of amazing cheeses, charcuterie, honeys, vinegars and seasonal foods, so their expert ‘fromager’ can chat with Dom to design meals and menus, and advise on the most amazing cheese experiences for our guests.
Cocktail of the month
And finally, our mixologist Alex has also been busy making magic behind the bar. This month’s creation is a salted caramel espresso martini, a sweet and salty twist on the cocktail of the moment. Why not give it a try when you’re next with us?
