We’re so excited to finally be opening the doors to Restaurant Dominic Chapman!

We’ve got comforting British classics on our opening menu, including smoked eel, beetroot and horseradish cream; soused sardines; rabbit and bacon terrine with Cumberland sauce; Cornish turbot, samphire, monk’s beard, cockles, mussels, and lemon butter; Lancashire hot pot with pickled red cabbage; and oxtail and kidney pie and mash. And to finish – a beautiful chocolate fondant with toffee sauce, almond biscuit, and coffee ice cream. 

We’re proud to be using some of the best British produce available across our breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner menus.

You might know our chef Dom already – he used to head the Michelin-starred kitchen at the Royal Oak in Paley Street before opening the Beehive, and he also runs the Crown at Burchetts Green. This is his first restaurant in Henley-on-Thames and we’re so thrilled to have joined the community here.

There’s plenty to look forward to as well, as we’ve also got a gorgeous al fresco pub garden for outdoor dining and drinking, which will be open for the warmer months.
